The River Center is owned and operated by the San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust, a 501(c)3 public benefit nonprofit organization. Your photography permit fee will provide support for maintaining the beautiful River Center facilities and grounds. Please use this form to pay your one-time permit fee or to purchase an annual photography permit.
